Topic of the Day – Water, as a special condition of matter,

its role for the Life on the Earth.

Special attention is paid to modern achievements of ELECTROPHOTONICS

Based on Gas Discharge Visualization Technique (GDV).

The Congress program will cover the following fields:

* Influence of the environmental factors to the human health, geo-active zones.



The Congress Program includes plenary statements, round-table talks, poster papers, seminars on separate fields of research.
